Single Gentleman's Questionnaire

Do You have an Swinging Experience?
All single male non club members must answer this questionnaire and come in for a personal interview
with the staff on a Saturday at 6:00 p. m. This interview is just to give us a chance to meet you in person
and get to know you a bit. We will go over the club rules with you and give you a tour of the club at that
time.

If a Saturday afternoon  is not possible for you please don't waste our time, we simply can not make
appointments at another time. If everything goes well at your interview we will process your
membership and collect your membership fee and allow you to attend the party that evening. If you
choose not to stay we will only collect the membership fee. Please see the FAQ and the rest of the site
so you know what to bring with you as well as how the club works.

Please do not submit one word answers, we are looking for intelligent, well mannered people who can
carry on a conversation. Remember this questionnaire is the first impression we get of you.
After sending the application, please wait a day and  call the club to schedule an appointment use only

Please keep your appointment times, we only allow so many on a weekend and you not showing up
means someone else may have missed out for no reason. If you must break an appointment please let
us know as soon as possible so we can give your spot to someone else. If you fail to call when you
have an interview scheduled and do not show up, we will not give you another chance.

Make sure to include a valid e-mail address or we won't be able to contact you. We do not respond
over the weekend and generally take a week or so to get back to you regarding your application.
Your interview will not be scheduled the same week you submit an application.
