Manager

Club Operations Management: Manage and supervise all club operations, including front and back office functions, guest services, and reservations, to ensure a seamless and enjoyable experience for members and guests.

Team Leadership: Directly supervise and lead the club staff, ensuring they are well-trained, equipped, and motivated to perform their duties. Conduct weekly meetings with staff to align on goals and address any operational challenges.

Guest Satisfaction and Safety: Develop and enforce policies and procedures to ensure guest satisfaction, safety, and security. Respond promptly and professionally to any guest complaints or concerns.

Financial Oversight: Assist the Owner in developing and monitoring financial and operational plans. Manage inventory, control costs, and report variances against budget to ensure the club’s financial targets are met.

Facility Management: Oversee maintenance and housekeeping functions to ensure the club is clean, well-maintained, and complies with all quality standards. Implement regular inspections of all areas, including guest rooms, public spaces, and equipment.

Capital Improvement Recommendations: Provide input on potential capital improvements to enhance the club’s assets and ensure continued guest satisfaction and brand loyalty.

Networking and Communication: Foster and maintain relationships with external partners and key contacts. Regularly interact with members and guests to ensure their complete satisfaction.

Manager on Duty: Serve as the Manager on Duty during club hours, addressing any immediate issues, concerns, or emergencies that arise.

Other Duties: Perform other duties as assigned to support the overall success of the club.
